Is your product Genuine? How do I know?

We are Authorized Partner of HIKVISION, CP Plus and Dahua surveillance products and you can get our information from the Core company. You can call them for cross verification 

What about warranty? Do you provide warranty service onsite?

Warranty services available and their warranty periods varies model-to-model, please read the product page for warranty duration.

No! All these products come with Off-Site warranty. Pickup & Drop facilities will be povide with Shipping cost only

Do you provide replacement for faulty products?

No! These companies do not provide replacement of any product even for DOA. Therefore, we do not provide replacement, we only provide warranty services

Why Other Ecommerce Cheaper as compared to your website?

It is not true. Only combo products are cheaper where Hard Disk, Cable and Power supply included in that combo. Because of refurbished HDD is being sold and there is no quality parameters for Cable and Power Supply.

You can compare individual products and if you find lower than our company,
